2D and 3D laser cutting

We are specialised in laser cutting on small pieces and we are flexible and organised to produce prototypes, pre-production pieces and large batches.

Experience gained in over 30 years of work means that we can satisfy even the most demanding cutting and perforation specifications.

We can cut sheet metal up to 2,500 x 1,250 mm and pipes up to Ø270 mm.

Laser cutting is a technology that can produce edges without any burrs, reduced heat deformities in the material and working tolerances in the range of +/- 0.1 mm.

Laser cutting without any imperfections

We can cut stainless steel using high pressure nitrogen, obtaining a non-oxidised surface ready for welding.

We cut sheet metal coated with a PVC film using capacitive sensors, never damaging the superficial finish.

The maximum thicknesses that we cut are:

Steel 12.0 mm
Stainless steel 6.0 mm

3D Laser cutting

With 6-axis laser cutting system we can perforate and trim formed sheet metal up to 2,150 x 900 x 300 mm.

We also cut and perforate pipes and beams using a rotating spindle.

We issue inspection reports using a 3D fixed coordinate measuring machine.
