We implement a CNC system with 6 axes for 2D and 3D laser cutting of flat sheet metal, pipes and formed sheet metal. We have been working with laser cutting technologies for over 30 years, and we can create any shape and hole on steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, brass, titanium and magnesium. We can meet the most stringent demands in terms of prototypes, as well as both small and large volumes.
We employ our own incremental sheet forming system. Incremental sheet forming is a technology used to rapidly create prototypes for the production of small batches of formed pieces, saving costs on equipment and reducing time to market. Our incremental forming service is a complete service. All a customer needs to do is send us the drawing of the desired piece, and we take care of the rest: from CAD/CAM design to shipping of the goods.
We operate in accordance with the UNI ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard. Upon request, we can also develop the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and apply statistical production control methods.
