We are able to form sheet metal measuring up to 2,000 x 1,300 x 500 mm. The thicknesses we can machine are:
- Carbon steel from 0,5 up to 3,0 mm
- Stainless steel from 0,5 up to 2,0 mm
- Aluminium alloys from 0,5 up to 5,0 mm
After the forming we cut the shape by means of 3D laser cutting machine.
We provide the following measurement reports:
- Dimensions by means of 3D coordinates measurement machine.
- Thickness by means of ultrasonic thickness measurement device.
- Surface hardness by means of handy hardness measurement device. |
